Overview

Computer User IDs (CUIDs) are used by both students and employees to login to computers on campus, access Wi-Fi and other services.
Your CUID requires a unique password that can be reset through the ID Self Service tool.

Before you make request

If you haven't already, please try resetting your password through ID Self Service as per the Forgot Computer User ID Password article.

If you are still having issues, please click on the Request Help with Resetting CUID Password button to open a ticket with Service Desk for assistance.

After you make request

You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
