Overview

Workday is the College's cloud-base system that houses our financial and human resources. Workday was launched on January 2020.

Visit the Workday Training site for training and support resources, including how-to guides, who to contact, and more details on Workday help and support.

All employees including staff, faculty, CS instructors and program coordinators, managers, academic leaders and student workers will use Workday to manage and view their personal information and to complete tasks based on their roles such as:

  • Updating personal information including benefits
  • View pay slips and tax documents
  • Managing time entry, work schedules and time off
  • Submitting purchase requisitions and expense claims
  • Submitting supplier requests and supplier invoices.

Submit a Workday support request if you are having trouble completing a task in Workday, experiencing a technical issue, or need help navigating the system. Your request will be assigned to a member of our dedicated support team who will follow up with you for more information or with further instructions. For some requests, we may suggest a video or phone call over Teams depending on your preference.

After you make request

You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from Workday requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
