Have an active ticket with IT? The AskIT Portal keeps them all in one easy location! Check on their progress, leave a comment for the technician and see their response, or add a notification alert so you can track your ticket’s progress. Below are the steps on how to do that.

How to Manage Your Tickets: Step-by-step
- Go to the AskIT homepage
- Sign in with your Langara credentials on the top right corner of the page
- Click View Your Tickets

You will then be sent to the Ticket Requests page to access all your tickets as shown below

You can view and choose the Status Class, which determines the tickets you can see.

To view all your tickets, click the checkbox beside [Select All]. This automatically checks all the other boxes as shown below

Leave the search criteria blank and all other fields at their default values. Then, click the Search button on your top left

Select the ticket you would like more information on, this will enable you to add comments, update, and provide attachments (this is the only way to add attachments to existing tickets).
NOTE - To view Closed and Resolved tickets, check Completed checkbox as shown below. You can search using various filters to narrow down the results based on what you are looking for.
