Reset Langara ID Password (Employees)

Overview

Your Langara ID is the permanent number that you are given when you first become a Langara student or employee. This number may also be known as your Login ID, Student ID, Employee ID or myLangara ID.

Solution

NOTE: The options to reset your password shown below are listed in ascending order starting from the fastest and easiest solution.

Option 1 - Self Service

  1. Go to https://langara.ca
  2. Click on Log in at the top right of the page
  3. Click on Student Information System
  4. Enter your nine-digit Langara ID (Format: 100000000)
  5. Click on Forgot PIN?
  6. Answer the security question and click on Submit Answer
    • If you haven't set your Challenge Response questions you will need to use Option 2 or 3 below to reset your Langara ID password
  7. Your password (PIN) will be reset to the 11 character default value

Option 2 - IT Service Desk

Go to the IT Service Desk in the Library with a government photo ID to have a technician reset your password.

Option 3 - Remote Support Chat

Go to Remote Support to have your password reset after answering some security questions.

Option 4 - Submit a ticket
