Alumni access to student email

Overview

In Fall 2019 students were switched to Office 365 for their email. The previous email server has been retired, and current policy allows students to access their Langara Office 365 email for up to three semesters after they have completed courses.

If the student has not started new courses after the three semester period, the email account is deactivated.

Alumni are not provisioned with Office 365 accounts, so will no longer have a Langara student email account unless they enroll in new courses.
