Adding/Removing a User to a Teams Phone Call Queue

Overview

Currently, membership to a Teams Phone Call Queue is managed by M365 Groups (either a Team or Entra ID Group).

Solution

Please try the following:

  1. Contact your supervisor to determine who the owner of the Call Queue Team/Group is.
  2. Have them follow the instructions as outlined in the following KBA to add you to the applicable Team/Group: Managing Microsoft 365 (M365) Groups
    The group name should end in "Queue"
