IPA members and employees with SurveyMonkey accounts
Overview
SurveyMonkey is the College's supported survey platform. Information about Langara's use of SurveyMonkey can be found in the SurveyMonkey access and usage, which is also linked in the related articles section.
If you require access, want to rescind access or are having technical issues with SurveyMonkey, please submit a ticket using the appropriate service offering which you can find to the right.
Before you make request
NOTE - Before requesting a SurveyMonkey account, please ensure you have reviewed the College's Survey Guidelines.
First, read the SurveyMonkey access and usage article before submitting any of the requests below.
Access can only be requested by members of IPA (Integrated Planning and Accountability).
- If you are not a member, and need to get access for one of your reports, please contact ipa@langara.ca.
- If you are not a member, and you need access for yourself, please contact your manager, who will contact IPA.
- If you are an IPA member you will need to log in to AskIT in order to submit an access request.
Cancel access can be requested by anyone with access
- You will be asked to provide your name and email address
Technical issues can be requested by anyone with access
- You will be asked to provide as much detail as possible about the issue
- If you are encountering errors, save a screenshot to upload in the request.
After you make request
You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions. Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
