The AskIT Portal requires you to login in order to access the services and most Knowledge Articles as well as to view and manage the tickets you submit. If you are unable to log in, please make sure you are using your Langara email account. If that is still not working you can get immediate help during Support hours by starting a chat session. Alternatively, you can submit a ticket and a technician will get back to you as soon as possible.
Understandably, ticket submission will result in a slower response than if you start a chat session.
