Overview
Drop-in IT support is available on weekdays from 10am to 2pm. Outside of these hours, the Service Desk also offers 15‑minute scheduled appointments for students, staff, and faculty who require face‑to‑face assistance during our appointment‑only hours.
Appointment-Only Hours
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 am–10:00 am and 2:00 pm–6:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am–10:00 am and 2:00 pm–5:00 pm
NOTE - Due to the busyness of the first 2 weeks of a semester and final exam period, the Service Desk will be open for general drop-in support from 8am to 6pm on weekdays. After the first 2 weeks of a semester and after final exams conclude, the Service Desk hours will revert to the above.
If you need immediate help, Remote Support, and Emergency Meeting/Exam/Event/Classroom support (dial local 5999) is available Mon-Fri, 8am–6pm.
Submitting a ticket is the most effective method to get support for more involved issues.
About "Book a Service Desk" Visits
- Cancellations: We know your time is valuable. If an appointment must be cancelled due to resource constraints, you will receive a notification as early as possible.
- Timeliness: Please be on time. We cannot push appointments past their timeslot.
- Location: Appointments take place just at the IT Service Desk (behind the curtain), in the Library.
- Appointment Topics: Login, Account, 2FA, Eduroam (WiFi), Other
