Overview
If you receive an error message regarding your voicemail passcode even though you haven't changed it.
Solution (If appropriate)
Reboot your phone to resolve the issue.

Unplug network cable that connects to the wall from the back of the phone
Symptoms
You may receive a recorded error message when accessing voicemail after pressing the voicemail button on your Mitel IP phone.
The error message states:
Sorry, I did not get your passcode
