Outlook calendar sync issue

Overview

Outlook Calendar is not syncing properly. See the Work Around section for the solution.

Solution (If appropriate)

There's a bug in the Outlook 2016 Application that doesn't sync different calendar properly. 

IT Support recommend to use the web version of Outlook (OWA). See the work-around section to delete the profile and add it back, and it should fix the issue.

Appointments are not showing up 

Work-Around

Delete your old outlook Profile on the application and add it back.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. On the File tab, under Account Information, select Account Settings > Account Settings.
  3. On the E-mail tab, select the email account you want to remove, and then select Remove on the mini toolbar.
  4. Select Yes when cautioned that all offline content will be deleted, and then select Close.

Now, add back the profile.
