Change Student and Employee Information System Security Question

Overview

The ability to reset your Langara ID password is dependent on knowing your existing password and the answer to your security question. If you would like to update your security question, or set it up for the first time, you can do so by following the steps in this article.

Solution

  1. Log into the Student & Employee Information System using your 9-digit Langara ID number and password
  2. Select Change Login Profile
  3. Select Change myLangara Forget PIN Question

NOTE: The 'PIN' requested on this page is the same password you used to log in with in step 1
