Solution
Before submitting your request to IT, check if your departmental capital budget is needed to purchase the new iPad.

Submit following information to IT to request an iPad:
- Contact Information
- Reason for requesting to get an iPad
- How iPad is going to be used
- How many people will be using the iPad
- List of special Apps that needs to be installed
- Special technical configuration requests (i.e. Cellular vs. Wi-Fi only)
- List of accessories if needed
- Quantity
- Whether capital budget is already allocated for this purchase
IT will review all requests on a case by case basis to determine if iPad can be issued.
