Overview
The Scans folder is used to store documents scanned on Ricoh Multi-functional devices (MFDs) and it can be found in your H: Drive. This folder can sometimes be missing from the H: Drive.
Solution (If appropriate)
If you are unable to see the Scans folder in your H: Drive, please submit a new General Technical Support ticket to IT to recreate the folder.
