Overview
Employee PCs and Macs come with a variety of fonts installed. If you need a custom font, submit a ticket using the general software support form. All custom font requests must go through a Risk Management process that can take up to six weeks to complete.

Solution
If you require fonts installed on your machine as part of your work, submit a request using the general software support form and include the following:
- Your department
- Name of the font/fonts
- Purpose of the request
- How soon it is needed
- License type (open source, paid, etc.)
Font software request must then go through Risk Management and licensing before it can be installed.
