Licensing problem in Citrix

Overview

The Citrix labs on campus have a large number of licensed software available. Issues may sometimes occur where licensing is broken and the software is unable to be launched.

Solution

If you encounter a licensing issue in Citrix, please submit a General Support ticket with the following information:

  • The software you are trying to use
  • The desktop you are trying to use it from (Main or Pro)
