Overview
Employees can purchase specific keyboards, mice or other accessories if needed. This purchase is not part of IT budget and will need to be paid by the requester's department.
All requests need to be approved by IT first before it goes to the purchasing department.
Solution
As a general rule the preference is to buy Logitech brand devices
The list below is what IT would recommend to buy, but any other keyboards, mice or accessories can also be considered.

- Any other keyboard recommended by ergonomic assessor
- Ergonomic assessments are only valid for a year. After that a new assessment is required.
NOTE: Purchasing
IT will pay for all keyboard or mice requests that are part of an official ergonomic assessment (this assessment is done by an ergonomic consultant).
Otherwise the department requesting keyboard or mice is responsible for buying it.
