Overview
When opening MS Office 365 Apps in Citrix, following error message comes up:
Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer
This can happen if you have setup Outlook before activating office in Citrix environment and have added a shared generic email account.
Solution
Do following steps:
- Open Outlook
- Go through the process to 2FA
- Go through the process to Activate Office at the next window
- At this point Office 365 should be activated and you can confirm by navigating to H:\Office365 folder and verify 2 activation token files
- Once you open any of the office products - they should be fully activated with full functionality
- This can be confirmed by going to File > Account > About Word/Excel/Powerpoint
