Support for personal devices and computers

Overview

Langara's IT Department is not able to provide software or hardware support for personal devices. These include:

  • Smartphones
  • Tablets
  • Laptops
  • Personal computers, whether Windows or Mac
  • Other personal electronic devices such as digital cameras or music players

IT can help with issues logging into college-related services, such as email or Wi-Fi, but cannot make changes to any personal device.

Support for software or hardware issues on personal devices should be directed to the place of purchase or the manufacturer of the device or software.
