H: drive missing on Langara laptop

Overview

When using a Langara laptop with the VPN, the H: drive may not display while other network drives remain available.

Solution

Remap network drives:

1. Click Start button on desktop taskbar (Windows logo)
2. Type _Un-Map Langara Drives until option shows up
3. Run the process
4. Click Start button on desktop taskbar (Windows logo)
5. Type _Map Langara Drives until option shows up
6. Run the process

Confirm H: drive is mapped:

1. Click File Explorer (folder) button on desktop taskbar
2. Click This PC on left menu
3. Click Network locations if not already expanded
4. Check available drives
