Create Adobe ID

Overview

CAUTION: This article does not apply to Citrix labs. 

Each user needs to create an Adobe ID in order to use any Adobe application on Langara machines.

Solution

1. On a Langara computer (not Citrix) open Adobe Acrobat or any other Adobe app
2. You will be prompted to sign in for the first time
3. Click on create account and fill out the form
   • TIP: Use your personal email address to create account, if you want to have access to that Adobe ID after you leave Langara
4. Once you click create account an email will be sent to your entered email address to verify your account
