Merge ID Request

What Is It?

When multiple banner or workday IDs exist for an individual, upon identification, a request is made to IT to merge all the existing IDs, making one primary ID for usage and deleting all other associated IDs. These requests include both for students and employees.

Who Can Request It?

Merge ID Requests must be submitted by staff from Registrar & Enrolment Services, Continuing Studies, or Langara Global. Individuals cannot request to merge their own IDs.
