How Do I Use It?
RES is the owner for bulk emails. Any bulk email proposal should be discussed with RES and after approval, they can help schedule the bulk emails with IT accordingly.
Information required to process a Bulk Email request is:
- Bulk Email SZAEMSG Code
- SZAEMSG Code Term
- Send Date
- Subject Line
- Recipients
- Email Type
- Bulk Email CC List
- Recipients List Due Date
- Recipients List Reviewer
- List of CCs, if any
