Overview

Do you have a request for new software a license for existing software or to upgrade software for a lab, class, or individual (office) use?  Please submit the request form using the button “Software Request” and you will be contacted by our Client Services Team. You may wish to check if we already offer this software by reviewing the software list

Before you make request

Please ensure you provide:

  • OS you want the software for
  • Software name and version
  • Is this new software or n upgrade to existing
  • Is this a license for an existing software
  • What do you want the software for? Lab, Office, Classroom (lectern computer)
  • How man copies of the software/licenses
  • Why you need the software
  • When you need the software fo

CAUTION - Submit requests for licenses and software as soon as possible as it can take some time to purchase based on the need to send all new software and new software version requests through risk assessment. This can take weeks or months and is a requirement of the College. This includes free software.

After you make request

You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions. Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
