Overview
The Mitel phone system has the capability to allow users to use their office phones at home as well as in office. This is particularly useful for members of ACD queues and front desk staff who are in a hybrid work from home setup. User will need a power injector to power the phone at home and will have to change settings on the phone when switching between on and off campus use. Secondary phones can be provided to allow staff to have a phone at both locations and will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Before you make request
Please ensure you have the following information ready when filling out the form:

- Office Phone Number
After you make request
You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
