Overview
Various AV and IT equipment is available for loan from the AV office in room C265. It can be reserved or checked out on the spot on a first come, first serve basis. For a comprehensive list of do's and don'ts, please review Procedures and Guidelines for Borrowing AV Equipment before booking any equipment.
If you have a question about borrowing equipment from AV you can either visit us in C265 where a technician will be happy to help or you can submit a ticket using this service.
After you make request
You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions. Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
