Overview

Printing and scanning is mostly accomplished on the Ricoh fleet, which is supported by Facilities. You can request support for a Ricoh device using their Facilities Work Request form. For those who need support with office HP printers, scanners and other non-Ricoh printing or scanning devices, please use this service if you can't find a more appropriate one in the Printing and Scanning category. 

Before you make request

Please ensure you have the following:

  • Room number for the printer/scanner you are inquiring about.

After you make request

You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
