Who can request this service?

Overview

Communications and Marketing is responsible for the content and design of the main Langara website.  Redirects are handled by the Development Team in IT Services.

Before you make a request

Please ensure you have the following information ready when filling out the form:

  • The from URL (the shortcut)
  • The To URL (long address)
  • Any additional details regarding the request.

After you make a request

You will receive an email notification from the email system with a ticket number for reference. You may reply to the email if you have any further details or questions.
Upon completion of the request, you will receive an email from IT requesting that you confirm all is as requested.
