What Is It?

Mobile phones are used by Langara employees for a variety of reasons. Please review the B4006 Procedure document for acceptable business cases. If you want a new mobile phone please submit a ticket by choosing the appropriate service offering from the list to the right or below for additional service information.

If you have a question about Langara's mobile phone service you can submit a General Mobile Phone Support ticket.

The following offerings are available to you (click on the appropriate button at top right to go directly to the form):

  • New Mobile Phone
    Use this service to request a new mobile phone. The request must be made by a manager.
  • Reimbursement Plan
    Use this service to request a mobile reimbursement plan if you are planning on using your personal cell phone for work.
  • General Mobile Phone Support
    If you haven't found the service that you want, you can submit a General Mobile Phone Support ticket.

New Mobile Phone
This service allows employees to request a college mobile phone plan. The request must be made by a manager.
Mobile Phone Reimbursement
This service allows employees to receive a monthly mobile reimbursement. The request must be made by their manager.
General Mobile Phone Support
