Overview
When making phone calls from your desk phone there are (generally) three destinations for the call:
College Internal: Simply dial the 4-digit extension of the person/department you are trying to reach.
External Call, Local Area Code: Prefix the number with "9" to dial out. Example: 9-604-123-1234
External Call, Long Distance Area Code: Prefix the number with "9", then the long distance code and then the number. Example 9-1-250-123-1234
