Request for Jira account

Overview

Jira is a software development tool. Access to Jira accounts is controlled through Langara IT.

Solution

To get a Jira account, follow these steps:

1. Obtain approval for the request from your supervisor
2. Submit a ticket to IT department using the Jira Cloud Access service and include your supervisor's approval
   • Please include your supervisor in the ticket as one of the contacts

IT will inform you when access has been granted.
