Overview
If you are off campus and having trouble with Internet access on a Langara laptop you can try disabling VPN. Be aware that VPN is required to access various systems that you cannot access without it. So you will need to re-enable it - just follow the directions below once disabled to re-enable.
Solution
1. Click the Gobal protect Icon in system tray
2. Click "menu" symbol on top right corner
3. Choose "Disable"
4. It will now been Disabled
