Overview

Under Facilities oversight, Ricoh provides the machines for and manages Langara's printing environment. This includes public devices accessible in places like some computer labs, the mailroom, printing rooms, and in some hallways. There are also department specific devices which are usable by specific departments. The entire fleet is monitored throughout the day Mon-Fri by an on site Ricoh technician. Any issue with a Ricoh device is automatically reported to the technician allowing the technician to resolve issues soon after they happen. 

If you see an issue with a Ricoh device - such as empty consumables (paper, toner, staples) or you've encountered a jam or other malfunction it is highly likely that the Ricoh technician will be by to fix it within an hour. If you believe the issue to be long lasting or may have been overlooked you can submit a Facilities Work Request to report it. You can find the form here.

If you wish to move an existing Ricoh device or request a new one please submit your request via the Facilities Request Form as well.
