Course disappeared from Brightspace menu

Overview

There is a pin located at the top right corner of each course listing in Brightspace. If this is clicked, the course will disappear from the main course selection screen.

Solution (If appropriate)

To add the course back to the main course selection page, do the following:

1. Log into Brightspace
2. Click the 9-dotted box on the top-right horizontal menu (the course selection option)
3. From the drop-down menu, click the pin on the right of the course name

Symptoms

• Course listing in Brightspace disappears
