Apple Mac Langara Self Service application

Overview

The Self Service application is installed when the computer is enrolled to our JAMF server and is located in the /Applications Directory of all JAMF enrolled Apple Mac computers on the Langara Campus network.

Solution

  1. Make sure that the Apple computer is connected to the Internet.
  2. Navigate to the /Applications directory either through Finder or hitting the control+shift+A keys.
  3. Find Self Service and double click on it to open.
