Overview
This Meeting room has the following tools available:
NEW: One stand alone Windows PC integrated with 2 controllable room cameras and an omni-directional ceiling mic for hosting virtual meetings.
One Digital projector and speakers connected to Touchpanel Controller.
One PPT Remote with laser pointer allows you to navigate various MS Office documents with the click of a button.
One HDMI and one VGA cable and one 3.5 audio cable which allow you to plug in your own personal video/audio devices such as a Laptop/Tablet etc. If your laptop does not support HDMI/VGA please visit AV services to borrow an adapter.
NOTE: The in room cameras and ceiling microphone do not work with connected laptops.
