A130 Lecture Theatre Technology

Overview

This classroom has the following tools available to help instructors with their lessons:

One Digital projector and speakers connected to Touchpanel Controller.

One HDMI cable, USB-C cable  and 1 3.5 audio cable which allow you to plug in your own personal video/audio devices such as a Laptop/Tablet etc. If your laptop does not support HDMI/VGA please visit AV services to borrow an adapter. 

One Elmo Document camera allowing you to share physical items on the projector screen.

The lectern includes a built in PC using a Citrix client

One BluRay/DVD player for physical discs.

One PPT Remote with laser pointer allows you to navigate various MS Office documents with the click of a button.

One Lectern Mic

One lapel Mic and two wireless handheld mics stored in a drawer towards the back of the stage.

Screencast is available to allow you to connect your own device to the projector via a wireless interface.

Controls for bringing the screen up and down are located on the wall on the opposite side of the screen to the lectern.
