Dialing Internally
When dialing from a Teams physical phone, you can no longer directly dial an extension, other than "4444" (Security) and "5999" (IT Service Desk).
If you wish to reach a user, department or service via an extension, your best option is to dial "0" which will take you to the college auto attendant where you can then use the dial by extension feature (instructions provided by the auto attendant).
NOTE - Users, departments and services with extensions that start with "5" (e.g. "5555") other than the above IT Service Desk number cannot be dialed as an extension. You must dial the full 10-digit number (e.g. 604-323-5###) to reach them.
Dialing Externally
You no longer need to dial "9" to make an external call, you can simply call the number like you would on a personal phone.
