Before submitting a request for Admissions Support, please review the links below for information that may be related to your question: 

• Student Login Help and Password Reset (Applicants to Fall 2026 and Spring 2027)
  • If you still need help with logging in or resetting your password to the Student Information System (SIS), you may submit a ticket and provide us with the following information (same information as on the application you submitted):

Applicants who apply to the Summer 2027 intake and beyond will have their applications processed in the Langara Admissions Portal (Workday Student). Please refer to the articles in our Knowledge Base for support with navigating this new system.
