Overview

To begin using U-Pass BC, you will need to obtain a Compass Card from Translink if you do not already have one. Visit the Compass Card website or call the Compass Customer Service Centre at 604-398-2042 for more details on where you can obtain a card.

U-Pass BC is a student transit program delivered in partnership with the Langara Students’ Union, Translink, and the Ministry of Transportation. Eligible students will have access to a 3-zone pass valid for unlimited use on Translink bus, SkyTrain and Seabus services.

Solution

If you are able to log in and the U-Pass Compass card website is showing that you are not currently eligible, check for the Eligibility / Exemption page.

If you believe you meet eligibility requirements and are still showing as ineligible, see Registrar and Enrollment Services for further assistance. You may also contact the U-Pass Admin at upass_admin@langara.ca and provide your student ID number for assistance.

For all other issues or difficulties while using the U-Pass Compass card website, contact Compass Customer Support by calling the number on the back of your Compass card.
