Setup Office 365 email on iPhone or iPad

Overview

Follow the steps in the Solution to setup Office 365 email on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

Solution

1. On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for Microsoft Outlook
2. Tap the Get button
3. Once the app is installed tap the Open button
4. You will be prompted to set up a new account
5. Enter your Langara College email address
6. Tap Add Account
7. You will be presented with the Langara College 2FA prompt
8. Enter the password for your Computer User ID and tap Sign in
9. You will be taken to your Inbox where you can configure the Outlook app
10. If you want Outlook to be your default mail app open the Settings app and navigate to:
    1. Outlook
    2. Default Mail App
    3. Choose Outlook
