Overview
U-Pass BC is a student transit program delivered in partnership by the Langara Students’ Union, TransLink, and the Ministry of Transportation. If you log into the U-Pass website and find you are not eligible when you expect to be, check the requirements for eligibility.
NOTE: The U-Pass BC program is a discounted transit pass for the duration of a school term. If you are not eligible for the discounted pass, you are able to purchase monthly passes and/or add value to a Compass Card as indicated by BC transit. Refer to the Compass Card website for more information.
Solution
If you are able to login to the U-Pass website but your eligibility for the current month shows as No, check your eligibility.
