Change Computer User ID password

Overview

Computer User IDs (CUIDs) are used by both students and employees to login to computers on campus, access Wi-Fi and other services. See Related Articles for more information on using your different Langara acounts.

Your CUID requires a unique password that can be changed through ID Self Service or on a computer on campus.

If you have forgotten your CUID password, please see Related Articles instead.

Solution

Change password through ID Self Service

  1. Go to https://idselfservice.langara.bc.ca
  2. Login with your current CUID and password
  3. Click Change Password
  4. Enter a new password in New Password and Confirm Password. The page will dynamically update to indicate if the password meets minimum requirements.
  5. Click the Change Password button. When the progress bar reaches 100% the password change is complete.

At this point you can log out of the Langara Self Service Password Reset page.
